This page explains how to permanently delete your Veer Marathon account and associated data. You can do it yourself inside the app, or send us a request by email.

Delete your account in the app

Open Veer Marathon on your phone.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted.

This is the fastest way to remove your data and takes effect immediately.

What gets deleted

The profile you delete (its name and age).
All of that profile's niyam history (your daily religious-practice tracking logs).
If it is the last profile on the phone, the phone account and its PIN are removed too.
The associated push notification token for that account.

What that means

Deletion is permanent. Once removed, your profile and its niyam history cannot be recovered, and you will no longer receive reminders for that account. If you remove the last profile on a phone, you will need to set up a new phone account (and PIN, if you want one) to use the app again. Deleted data is removed from our backend; it is not retained after deletion except where we are required by law to keep limited records.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app option, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Send an email to jsaksham692@gmail.com.
Include the phone number you used in the app, so we can locate your account.
Use the subject line "Veer Marathon — account deletion request" to help us process it quickly.

We will delete the account and its associated data (profiles, niyam history, phone account/PIN, and push token) from our backend upon verifying the request.
